البترول البحرية تجتمع مع مجموعة ماردايف للخدمات البترولية لتعزيز الشراكات والتوسع الإقليمي

على هامش فعاليات معرض ومؤتمر مصر الدولي للطاقة إيجيبس 2026

في إطار مشاركتهما الفاعلة في فعاليات معرض ومؤتمر مصر الدولي للطاقة إيجيبس 2026، عقدت شركة خدمات البترول البحرية (PMS) اجتماعًا استراتيجيًا مع مجموعة Maridive& Oil Services (S.A.E)، لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك وتوسيع الشراكات في مجالات المشروعات والخدمات البحرية.

وأكد الجانبان خلال اللقاء على التزامهما المشترك بالتعاون في خطط التوسع المحلي والإقليمي ، مع التركيز على تنفيذ توسعات مشتركة في الأسواق الرئيسية بمنطقة الخليج العربي والشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MENA)، إلى جانب غرب وشمال أفريقيا، بما يسهم في دعم النمو المستدام وتبادل الخبرات وتعظيم الاستفادة من الفرص المتاحة.

وشهد الاجتماع حضور لفيف من قيادات الشركتين، يتقدمهم المهندس وليد حجازي رئيس شركة خدمات البترول البحرية (PMS)، إلى جانب شهيرة زيد – Chairman of The Board, Maridive & Oil Services (S.A.E)، وطارق فريد – CEO and Managing Director, Maridive & Oil Services، ومحمد نديم – CEO & Managing Director, Maridive Offshore Projects، واكريم فتحي – Head of Commercial & Technical, Maridive Offshore Projects، وخلود الجمال – Head of Commercial for the Marine Sector, Maridive & Oil Services، بالإضافة إلى المهندس محمد فودة – Operations Director, Maridive & Oil Services.

وتناول الاجتماع مناقشة فرص التعاون في المشروعات والخدمات البحرية، إلى جانب استعراض آليات العمل المشترك للتوسع في الأسواق المستهدفة وتعزيز التواجد الإقليمي، بما يسهم في تحقيق رؤية الجانبين نحو مزيد من النمو والنجاح.

ويأتي هذا اللقاء في إطار حرص شركة خدمات البترول البحرية (PMS) ومجموعة Maridive & Oil Services على ترسيخ مكانتهما كشركاء استراتيجيين موثوقين في قطاع الطاقة والخدمات البحرية، وتوسيع نطاق أعمالهما في الأسواق المحلية والإقليمية.

On the sidelines of the Egypt Energy Show (EGYPES 2026), Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) meets with Maridive & Oil Services Group to strengthen partnerships and expand regionally

As part of their active participation in the Egypt Energy Show (EGYPES 2026), Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) held a strategic meeting with Maridive & Oil Services Group (S.A.E) to explore avenues for enhancing mutual cooperation and expanding partnerships in marine projects and services.

During the meeting, both sides affirmed their shared commitment to collaborating on local and regional expansion plans, with a focus on implementing joint expansions in key markets across the Arabian Gulf, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), as well as West and North Africa. This collaboration aims to support sustainable growth, facilitate knowledge exchange, and maximize the value of available opportunities.

The meeting was attended by senior executives from both companies, led by Eng. Walid Hegazy, Chairman & CEO of Petroleum Marine Services (PMS). Attendees from Maridive & Oil Services Group included Shahira Zaid – Chairman of the Board, Maridive & Oil Services (S.A.E); Tarek Farid – CEO and Managing Director, Maridive & Oil Services; Mohamed Nadim – CEO & Managing Director, Maridive Offshore Projects; Eng. Karim Fathy – Head of Commercial & Technical, Maridive Offshore Projects; Kholoud El Gamal – Head of Commercial for the Marine Sector, Maridive & Oil Services; and Eng. Mohamed Fouda – Operations Director, Maridive & Oil Services.

The discussions covered potential opportunities for collaboration in marine projects and services, in addition to reviewing mechanisms for joint operations to support expansion into targeted markets and strengthen regional presence, aligning with both parties’ vision for continued growth and success.

This meeting reflects the commitment of Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) and Maridive & Oil Services Group to solidify their positions as trusted strategic partners in the energy and marine services sector, while expanding their footprint across local and regional markets.
